Frequencies make up everything! We are all made up of frequencies that resonate at different rates based on our environments, emotions, movement, sounds, what we consume and everything physical and non-physical in our reality.
Humans are not able to see or hear all of the frequencies around us. One example of this is hearing music. Humans are able to hear music, but we are not able to see music unless there is something to absorb and react to the sound, like water. When we put a glass of water next to the sound, it creates a vibration pattern based on the frequencies of the music. This means that the words you use or listen to have their own vibration and can influence energy.
Sound is moving energy but the type of sound created can hold different vibration patterns that can either be made of high or low vibrations.
